Jakarta – November 2024, Taman Safari Indonesia is proud to present an exclusive preview of Music of LILA: LILA, a theatrical masterpiece blending the beauty of nature, an inspiring story, and mesmerizing music. This performance is the result of a remarkable collaboration between Melbourne-based Creative Director Peter Wilson and talented Indonesian composer Elwin Hendrijanto. LILA is set to be one of the main attractions at Enchanting Valley, the newest recreational park from Taman Safari Indonesia, launching this December 2024.
LILA tells the story of a young girl who discovers a magical forest filled with harmony. When the forest’s harmony is threatened by poachers, Lila joins forces with the Forest Spirit to protect its natural beauty. The tale embodies courage, friendship, and the importance of preserving the environment. As part of this special event, invited guests enjoyed an exclusive live hearing of Music of LILA performed by the Fames Studio Orchestra in North Macedonia, streamed using cutting-edge online technology. The music captures the sublime harmony of nature and profound emotions, portraying Lila’s journey to defend her enchanted forest.
“This event reflects Taman Safari Indonesia’s commitment to supporting both the arts and environmental conservation. We are thrilled to present something truly special with Enchanting Valley as the year comes to a close,” said Alexander Zulkarnain, Senior VP of Marketing, Taman Safari Indonesia Group.
The exclusive preview was attended by community members, artists, media representatives, and prominent figures, creating a warm and friendly atmosphere as guests were introduced to this extraordinary creative work. Held in one of South Jakarta’s most iconic venues, the event celebrated the harmony of nature through art.
